Today marked an important milestone for the Mother Matters project as partners from across Europe gathered for our Transnational Project Meeting (TPM)! 🤝 Together, we reviewed project progress, shared insights on key deliverables, and mapped out our future steps. From refining the self-assessment tool to exploring ways to expand our impact, each session reinforced our mission to provide meaningful support for mothers with disabilities.
This meeting was essential to keep our project aligned and moving forward toward our shared goals of promoting inclusive care and strengthening community support. 🌸
