We’ve just returned from the Let Her In International Networking Event in Reus, where interactive workshops, thematic working groups, and exchanges between international organisations created space for honest dialogue on equality, safe workplaces, and inclusive leadership. The diversity of perspectives and practical approaches made the learning tangible and deeply relevant.
