International Girls in ICT Day – Empowering the Next Generation of Women in Tech
On 24 April, the world marks International Girls in ICT Day, an initiative led by the International Telecommunication Union to inspire girls and young women to pursue careers in information and communication technologies.
At European Development Foundation, we believe that digital transformation must be inclusive and accessible to everyone. Through the EYE4AI project, we are working to empower young entrepreneurs across Europe with the knowledge and tools needed to understand and apply Artificial Intelligence in real business environments.
Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, shaping entrepreneurship, and redefining the skills needed for the future. Ensuring that young women are part of this transformation is essential for building innovative, diverse, and sustainable digital economies.
Through research, interviews with entrepreneurs, and practical resources, EYE4AI contributes to building a stronger connection between technology, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment.
