Today we had the pleasure to meet with our partners Edukaciniai Projektai and Móðurmál – the Association on Bilingualism within the project #ELIS on our first transnational project meeting in Šiauliai, Lithuania.
During the first day of the workshop, the partners had a constructive discussion regarding some of the main activities of the project. The roles and tasks of the partners were identified and coordinated, as well as the expected outcomes.
In the coming months the partners will concentrate their efforts on developing tools and resources, for supporting parents and educators of #LGBTIQ+ children, that will help them in creating a healthy and supportive environment. The resources will cover topics such as conducting effective communication with children, engendering trust, and creating an environment free from hate speech and discrimination outside home.
We are looking forward for tomorrow!
